Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders that fail delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can offer a reshipment once the item is received back. Additional shipping fees may apply.
