Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday.

Estimated delivery time is typically 7–14 business days, however in some cases delivery may take up to 30 business days due to factors such as high demand, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Some items may ship separately depending on availability.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
